| Pinch tube pens are ideal applicators for manually dispensing continuous beads or applying microdots of low viscosity liquids. Examples include solvents and cyanoacrylate glues. The disposable pinch tube is the only part of the pen that is in contact with the material and discarded when contaminated. The pinch tube pen can be connected via a wide range of inter-changeable fittings to gravity fed or pressurized reservoirs. |

Products include: Cartesian Robots for bench robot applications and

robot solution. Robots are available in 3-Axis and 4-Axis configurations.
A complete selection of Dispensing Valves including: Spray Valves,
Diaphragm Valves, High Pressure Valves, Needle Valves, Positive Displacement
Valves, Auger Valves and Pinch Tube Valves is available. Dispensing
equipment includes: Air operated Dispensers, Bench and Foot Pedal
controlled, these Metering Systems and Dispensers operate by a timed
pulse of air to a syringe. Mechanical Dispensing utilizes a stepping
motor drive connected via a hydraulic link. Mechanical Dispensing
is ideal for twin-pack cartridge dispensing. Ratios can be set by
volume or by weight. A further excellent function of Mechanical Dispensing
is that the system connects to a standard syringe and allows highly
accurate micro deposits of single part or mixed two-part to be dispensed
without waste. Other products include Air Free Peristaltic Dispensers,
Tube Guns and Dispensers, Caulking Guns, Reservoirs for all types
of fluids, Barrel Filling, Dispensing Pens and Wands, Vacuum Pick-Up
systems and a full line of Dispensing Accessories including Dispensing
Tips and Needles, Barrels and Syringes. Other Automatic Dispensing
systems feature Rotary Tables in several styles for any circular dispensing
operation and UV Cure systems.
A full line of multi-component, Two-Part Meter, Mix and Dispense equipment
is available for Epoxy, Polyurethanes, Silicones Acrylics, Adhesive
and Structural Bonding materials used in Potting, Encapsulation, Coating,
Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Resin Injection Molding (RIM), Doming
and Sealing operations. Metering & Mixing, equipment is available
in Piston Pump and Gear Pump versions, selected by Viscosity and application.
Variable Ratio and Fixed Ratio Meter, Mix and Dispense Equipment is
configured in Fixed Shot or Variable Shot versions. Accessories include
Static-Mixing Nozzles, Dynamic Mixing-Head Guns and Rotary Mixing-Head
guns.Small Shot and Robot Mounted Metering, Mix and Dispense equipment
reduce hysteresis error found when using hoses.
